Delivery

All Delivery of Non heavy goods (pallet orders) will be deliverd within 1-5 working days with interlink express or Dpd. If an email address and or mobile number. A Text or email notifcation will be sent on dispatch containing courier information. Goods will arrive in plan brown cardboard packaging or black shrink wrap.

Delivery of Heavy goods "equipment" will be delivered within 1-5 working days using a local 3rd party logistics company, and will be deliverd with black shrink wrap.

Delivery of Grow Cabinets and Grow Box's is 60 WORKING DAYS, please bare this in mind before ordering 

Returns.

All off the shelf and pre manufacturerd goods can be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange provided they are brand new, unopend, unused, and with all original packaging and contents. T&C Apply

Damages

All courier damages must be reported within 5 days T&C Apply

Manufacturer Faults & problems

Please contact us for a returns number, once the item is returned we will return to the manufacturer to inspect and replace if still under warranty and or faulty under fair and proper usage as stated in the manual and or instructions.

please do not tamper or try to fix goods or faults yourself as this could void the warranty and or guarantee.

Cancelled Orders.

you have a right to cancel your should the order not already be dispatched, Should goods already be dispatched we can recall the parcles or you can refuse the parcels at delivery. We will offer a full refund once the product is returned to us minus the postage costs. Goods cancelled before dispatch will not recieve a postage deduction.

This does not apply to bespoke and or custom built grow box's and or cabinets as a percentage of the fee paid upfront is for a service and or labour charge to provide a custom unit request on your behalf, there for work carried out cannot be refunded.
